IMPORTANT: Changes to COVID Protocols effective June 20, 2022

Dear Employees,

Based on the recent changes to the public health guidelines, we have revised our COVID protocols as below. The following changes come into effect on June 20, 2022.

MASKS: G&G employees are no longer required to wear masks. We will continue to provide masks at all sites for the employees that choose to wear them.

Should an employee test positive for COVID-19, they would be required to wear a mask for 5 days upon their return to work. A Risk Matrix approach will be implemented as shown below.

PARTITIONS: Partitions at the Plants will be removed.

QUARANTINE PROTOCOLS: Our quarantine protocols will remain in place until further notice.

DAILY ILLNESS QUESTIONNAIRE: Employees are no longer required to fill out the illness questionnaire when entering a G&G facility. It will remain in place for visitors for the time being. We are working to revise it for multi-purpose use. (Examples: To review health & safety policies prior to entry and awareness of our hotline process).

PHYSICAL DISTANCING: Employees are encouraged to continue to distance themselves whenever possible and spread out when in large meeting rooms. Distancing during lunch is no longer mandated.

The following Risk Matrix will also come into effect on June 20, 2022.

Risk Level Risk Definition Action

Low Risk Up to 5 COVID-19 cases at site level · Masks will be optional for all employees. · If 2 or more cases are from the same department, then the department is encouraged to wear masks. · Risk levels will be assessed on a range of public health indicators, with community incidence level a key factor in determining risk for each site.

Medium Risk 5-10 COVID-19 cases at site level · Masks will be required within the department where the outbreak occurred

High Risk Greater than 10 cases of COVID-19 at site level · Masks will be required within the site · Management reserve the right to quarantine the entire department/shift for containment

Management reserves the right to reinstate the safety protocols to protect our staff. Changes will be based on the adoption of best practices and the current state of the pandemic.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate through further COVID-19 protocol changes.
